Building on initial support, Aspire Her delivered a targeted career development workshop designed to equip women with the tools, confidence, and community needed to progress in the technology sector.
The initiative achieved strong engagement and outcomes:
- 46 women participated in the initial workshop
- 20 participants progressed into continued engagement through Aspire Her’s programme
- Participants collaborated in a hands-on tech challenge, applying new technologies in a practical, team-based environment.
- 4 women completed the programme and are now receiving tailored support towards securing their next career opportunities
